Wireless Bridge Store is operated by Department H LLC, PO Box 426, Coweta, OK 74429 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a price or listing is wrong, or an item isn't available, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Authorize.Net; we never see or store your card number. Approved wholesale accounts may pay on terms under our Net Terms Agreement. We ship an order once it is paid, or once a wholesale order on terms is approved.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses. Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. If a package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Returns Policy.

Pre-configured kits

If you give us Wi-Fi or network details for a kit, we use them only to configure your equipment.

Warranty

Equipment carries its manufacturer's warranty. We test kits before they ship. Apart from that, products are sold as-is, without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or downtime.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
