Returns Policy

30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery.

The equipment and its packaging must come back looking new and unused, with everything that came in the box. Items that are damaged, show wear, or arrive without their original packaging can't be refunded.

Return shipping

You pay the return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake (for example, we sent the wrong item). Then we cover it; tell us when you contact us and we'll arrange it.

How to return an item

1. Contact us with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll reply with the return address.
2. Pack the item in its original packaging, inside a sturdy shipping box.
3. Ship it back to us and send us the tracking number.

Refunds

Once we receive the item and check its condition, we refund the purchase price to the payment method you used, within 14 days. Orders on net terms are credited to your account.
